Client Terms of Business Clear. Fair. Professional. These Terms set out the agreement between Eden Staffing Group and all dental practices using our staffing services. Our Client Terms Explained 1 ✓ Staffing Requests Practices must provide clear details regarding shift times and specific nurse requirements for every booking request. 2 ✓ Booking Confirmations A request is only confirmed once you receive a formal booking notification from our team via email or our platform. 3 ✓ Cancellation Policy Cancellations made within 24 hours of the shift start time will incur a fixed charge as per our fee schedule. 4 ✓ Payment Terms Invoices are issued weekly and must be settled within 14 days of the invoice date to avoid late payment charges. 5 ✓ Clinical Supervision The practice is responsible for professional supervision and clinical safety of all staff provided by Eden. 6 ✓ Nurse Compliance All nurses are GDC registered, indemnity insured, and enhanced DBS checked before placement. 7 ✓ Permanent Recruitment Should you wish to hire a locum staff member permanently, a standard introduction fee will apply. 8 ✓ Confidentiality Parties agree to treat all business information and data with strict confidentiality in accordance with GDPR. 9 ✓ Complaints Procedure Issues regarding staff performance must be reported to the agency within 24 hours of the assigned shift. 10 ✓ Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform duties due to circumstances beyond their control. ✓ Agreement By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Client Terms of Business.
